Choose your preferred choice of the two noodles with any dish in this section. Yakisoba fried noodles are similar to ramen noodles and made from wheat flour. Udon are thick white flour noodles. All dishes are garnished with red ginger and fish flakes. (not in vegetable soba/udon)
